What do you need?

What is the company’s experience level?

Is the lawn care service experienced? How long have they treated lawns? Obviously more experienced companies will be able to do their work faster, and most likely, yield a higher-quality result.

Do they have experience working with their treatment chemicals and landscape equipment? If they’ve used a certain product for a while they’ll be able to do better work, and it’s likely that the product works the best for what they do.

Are they licensed to chemically treat lawns?

It’s important to make sure the company has a state license to use chemicals on your lawn. This will let you know they are valid and ensure that the chemical products they use are up to standard.

Who do you contact with concerns?

When you have a lawn emergency, who do you go to and what’s their availability? Or let’s say you are not happy with the outcome of a certain method. Who do you call to straighten things out?

What is the payment plan?
